With over 15 years in the fitness industry, I specialize in helping individuals aged midlife and above enhance their strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Whether you prefer training in the comfort of your home, outdoors, or in my private garden gym, I offer personalized sessions designed to meet your unique needs.

Hi, I'm Andreas
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in designing personalized fitness programs tailored to your unique needs. My journey hasn’t been without challenges—I had to step back from the industry for a time due to Achilles tendonitis, which took a while to heal. Just as I was ready to return, I ruptured my biceps tendon, and more recently, underwent a double hernia repair. Thankfully, I’m now almost back to full strength. These experiences have taught me the importance of resilience, adaptability, and never giving up on yourself.
I also bring a wealth of expertise as the founder and former editor-in-chief of Fitnorama magazine and a fitness writer for numerous other publications over the years.
