HOW MUCH DOES THE PROGRAM COST?
The full 12-week program costs £240, which works out to just £10 per session. This includes two fitness sessions per week, weekly weigh-ins, and food diary reviews.
How do I sign up?
What should I bring to a session?
Just bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers. If the session is indoors, a yoga mat may be useful, but it’s not essential.
What type of exercises are included in the sessions?
The sessions are beginner-friendly and designed to gradually improve your fitness. They include:
Bodyweight exercises, Strength training, Low-impact cardio, Core and mobility work, All exercises can be adapted to your level.
Can I join if I have an injury or medical condition?
Please check with your doctor before signing up. If you have an existing condition or injury, let me know so I can provide modifications to suit your needs.
WHAT IF I’VE NEVER DONE A FITNESS CLASS BEFORE?
No problem! This program is designed for people who are unfit or new to exercise. Everything is structured, guided, and supportive to help you progress at your own pace.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! Training with a friend can be a great way to stay motivated. Just make sure they sign up in advance, as spaces are limited.
What if I can’t make a session?
Unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be refunded, as this is a structured program. However, I can provide guidance on how to keep up with your progress outside of class.
