A great full-body workout using just your bodyweight and a 3KG medicine ball. I set my interval timer to 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest for maximum intensity!

The Workout:

  • Skaters
  • Burpees
  • Medicine Ball Close-Grip Press-Ups
  • Double Squat Jumps (holding the ball in front)
  • Seated Russian Twists (feet on the floor)

I completed 3 rounds with little to no rest.
