No, you don’t need to have any equipment. I bring everything necessary for your workout, including weights, resistance bands, and other functional training tools.

What happens during the initial consultation?
During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your fitness goals, current health, experience with exercise, and any limitations or injuries. From there, I’ll design a personalized training plan to help you reach your goals.
How do I book a session?
