Excellent workout using a great piece of kit. I was using a 3KG medicine ball for all the exercises in the video, this workout defiantly got my heart pounding.
The workout:
Interval timer needed, and set for 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest. Complete 3 rounds (i.e. each exercise 3 times in a circuit style .
1. Squat with MB overhead press
2. High to low woodchop with twist
3. Jumping lunge to rotations
4. MB woodchops
5. Squat with MB throws
